Generally shipment of seeds are sent via AIR MAIL and postage cost are included in the cost of the seeds. Normal transit time of delivery / estimated time of arrival (ETA) shall depends on the individual destination and individual country's postal service.

Normal time-frame (estimated time of arrival) takes between 20 to 60 days, depending on each individual destination (country & location in the country). In some cases if the package was forwarded to the Customs in destination, it may take another +/- 10 days or so.

Buyer shall be responsible for the shipping fee for "re-send" orders. Thus, we can then be able to manage the replacement of any missing orders.

Phytosanitary Certificate

• Before purchasing seeds, please DO make sure of the specific import regulations of your country. For some countries, Import Permits may be required. Therefore, in such cases you shall need to apply for the Import Permit in advance & provide us with a copy of your Import Permit for further processing of the phytosanitary certificate.
• Please do let us know if there's any additional declaration needed to be listed on the phytosanitary certificate.
• If seeds were detained or destroyed by your local customs, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH DAMAGES.
• We are not the expert on the import regulations for all the countries at all times, as there are regular changes in the regulations. If a buyer does not inform us in advance about any special context needed to be added/declared on the phytosanitary certificate, the phytosanitary certificate will not have any special declaration declared on it.
